If you have any ounce of interest in leading yourself and leading others, this session I'm convinced will offer you a simple framework of meeting yourself and others where they are so we can move forward...either from the patterns we've established or the feeling of being stuck.

1. Notes from a private session from Gary Keller - I was able to be in a room of 12 people and Gary for a full day. We talked about brand, about knowing who we are at the core, and about how we think and behave. I have a great exercise that I'll be walking you through to help unfold the authentic version of yourself.

2. 4 Faces of Self Leadership - We dive into 4 quadrants that include Joy, Entitlement, Self Sabotage and Responsibility. All of these play a role in what we see, how we see it and the decisions we choose to make.

3. Are you a supporter or enabler? Most enablers think they are supporters, but ultimately steal the gift of growth and potential
